Job Description
1. Troubleshooting - Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity. This includes diagnosing problems, guiding users through solutions, or escalating issues to higher level support when necessary.2. Help Desk ticketing - Prioritize support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that user issues are resolved within established service level agreements.
3. Daily Backup and IT Infra Monitoring - Responsible for the daily backup and monitoring of Data Centers and IT infrastructure.
4. Responsible for monitoring alerts as well as handling email follow ups with TELCOS and other vendor technical support.
5. Performs general preventive maintenance task on PC, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
