Job Description

We are looking for a certified company nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company’s employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Licensed Nurse;
• With at least 1-2 years experience as Company Nurse in a manufacturing company;
• With knowledge on Basic Occupational Safety and Health standards and on processing
employee’s health/medical related benefits to SSS, ECC, PHIC and DOLE;
• With good interpersonal skills and communication skills, excellent observational skills,
compassionate and has the ability to maintain composure and work effectively within groups;
• Flexible and willing to be trained in HR/Admin work;
• BOSH for Nurses and First Aid Training is an advantage;
• Can start ASAP.
