Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing and the like.
Preferably with 1 year of work experience in Sales under Roofing/Construction Industry.
Willing to engage in Fieldwork and/or Official Business to close Sales/Okay w/ Monday to Saturday work Schedule

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
Cold calling, emailing, and following up with leads.
Sales & Business Development
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitors and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain records of sale
