Job Description

• Reviews and verify source documents of personnel for safety induction. Checks for authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of information before entry to the prescribed system.
• Encode personnel’s information on database systems accurately and timely and update records, as necessary.
• Conducts safety induction based on schedule.
• Conducts post safety induction evaluation in accordance with guidelines.
• Generate a daily report on safety induction attendance per time slot.
• Document and reports cases of bribery, fraud, misrepresentation, and other non-conformances to company policy.
• Reports untoward incidents and behavior observed and/or experienced during tour of duty.
