Job Description

• Handles recording of payables to suppliers, ensure accuracy and
timeliness of the transaction in the company's record.
• Reconcile vendor's statements and other relevant accounts by sending
confirmation letters or via other means to ensure up to date records of
payable transactions.
• Process outgoing payments in accordance to DTPH rules, regulations and
guidelines including the printing of checks and prepare templates
needed to upload in banking system.
• Notify vendors for collection and release checks.
• Ensure completion of payable documents and assist accounting for other related tasks.
