Job Description

- Maintain cleanliness and periodically inspects (min 3x/day/shift) common areas, rest rooms, lobby and reception area, garage, driveways, and other areas specified.
- Ensure walkways, pathways, hallways, and landscaped areas are free of obstructions, litter, trash and other item that do not belong in the area.
- Clean rooms (toilet-sink-urinals-floors) and restocks supplies as applicable.
- Perform spot cleaning as needed
- Clean chair-tables and other furniture and fixtures in offices, cubicles, conference rooms and other rooms.
- Sweep, mop, polishes floors
- Clean and properly disposes garbage/trash bins.
- Clean and sanitize vents includes air-conditioning vents and exhaust vents
- Maintain and ensure cleaning equipment are properly stored and organized after use
- Maintain a professional image at all times but not limited to appearance, hygiene, and manner of speaking
