Job Description

- Aircon repair can be done (indoor and outdoor units)
- Aircon replacement can be done
- Paint tables and chairs, walls, and ceiling (the chairs and table are painted with a wood grain design)
- Exhaust repair
- Conduct repair and maintenance
- Plumbing
- Carpentry/Minor repainting works
- Mechanical (AC, Refrigeration)
- Every 2 months and/or Quarterly conducts PMS of kitchen equipment and Air Conditioning System, electrical
wirings, panel boards, sockets, light/bulbs, and make sure that all are in good condition and operational
repairs electrical appliances.
- Assure all technical machineries, equipments and other concerns are in good condition all the time
