Job Description
Job Responsibilities:• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, including Sales Engineers and Sales Coordinators.
• Identify new business opportunities and key clients in target industries and locations.
• Oversee preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Technical, and Project Teams for seamless project execution.
• Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B or project sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Preferably with background in solar energy, construction, or related industries
