Job Description

1. Ensures accurate receiving, labeling, and documentation of inventory items.
2. Safeguard all stock items and maintain a secure and organized storage area.
3. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages to management.
5. Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and compliance.
6. Support preparation and production teams by providing required stock items in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory control systems.
8. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of stock areas according to company and safety standards.
9. Report damaged, expired, or unusable items and coordinate proper disposal.
