Job Description

Customer Service:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders accurately, including noting customizations and dietary restrictions.
Recommend menu items and answer questions about products.
Handle customer transactions using the POS system.
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages like coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.
Follow recipes and adhere to quality and consistency standards.
Create visually appealing presentations and latte art.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
Operational Duties:
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area, including equipment and seating areas.
Restock supplies like beans, cups, and pastries.
Assist with opening and closing duties, which may include inventory management.
