Job Description

-The major responsibility is to provide support and maintain the usability of branch and office units (POS and computer)
-Troubleshoot, monitor, and handle all hardware issues linked to the department, such as printers, mice, monitors, storage devices, CCTVs, and other peripherals
-Setting up computer hardware (desktop, Laptop, and POS units) operating systems, and applications
-Monitors the internet connection of the office and branches
-To ensure 100% uptime of all company computers, printers, CCTV, biometrics and other office devices

QUALIFICATION
-Graduate of any 2 or 4 years course with VB Programming, Rapid Tool Development or its equivalent
-Experience in the POS industry is a plus
-At least 1 to 2 years IT technical support experience
-Knowledgeable in assembly and basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, CCTV configuration, network devices such as switches, routers installation and configuration

Salary Range: 18,000-20,000
