Job Description

- Ordering kitchen equipment and managing vendors for new stores
- Purchasing necessary items for technical operations and managing purchase orders
- Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
- Scouting for prospective space for lease
- Review and analyze the lease proposals
- Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies
- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non-Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
