OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES

What you'll do:
Invites qualified candidates to apply for available positions
Verifies candidates background by contacting references.
Coordinates recruitment processes with documentation processes
Assists in arranging interviews by coordinating schedules with the candidates
Initial screening of applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Maintains and updates the monitoring system
Attends job fairs and special recruitment activities approved by DMW
Post job openings in available job portals
Analyze and recommend changes to the systems and operational procedures that will improve the delivery of service
Resolve any problems, issues, or questions to ensure smooth and speedy deployment
Organizes and files applications, resumes, and application logs
Effectively participates as a team player in planning, processing, and scheduling for deployments
Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor
