Job Description
Job Description: The goal of a Customer Care Representative is to ensure the satisfaction of consumers before, during, and after using our product. They must know how to empathize and appease disputes of customers and key partnersDuties and Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to all concerns from customers and key partners.
Capture all necessary information and customers events to further analyze common issues and concerns.
Must effectively be able to resolve concerns within the given service level agreements of the department and be able to escalate problems when necessary.
Shall be open to accept and perform other similar and related duties as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Good computer navigation skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to work shifting schedules
