Job Description:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS).
Duties include troubleshooting, inspections, and supporting facility operations

Job Qualifications:
Technical/Vocational certificate in Electrical Technology or related field
Valid electrical training certificate (TESDA or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license / can drive
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or installation
Experience in BMS operation and troubleshooting is a strong advantage
