Job Description

o Monitor the real-time performance of solar PV and BES systems through SCADA, remote monitoring platform, and
onsite inspections.
o Track energy generation, system availability, and performance ratios against benchmarks.
o Identify underperforming components or systems and recommend corrective actions.
o Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
o Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
o Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, and
other system components.
o Respond promptly to faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
o Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
o Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged components with vendors or subcontractors.
o Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, energy generation, and equipment downtime.
