Job Description

• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the solar energy or electrical industry.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in field operations or project
execution.
• Hands-on experience in solar PV system installation, commissioning, operation, and
preventive/corrective maintenance.
Technical Skills:
• Solid knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical components, and installation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.
• Familiar with tools, testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, IV curve testers), and safety gear used
in solar work.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in both grid-tied and off-grid solar systems.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; can coordinate with clients, technicians, and
management.
