Job Description

Customer interaction: Greet customers, lead them to their tables, and provide a positive dining experience. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Order taking and delivery: Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Payment processing: Present bills to customers and handle cash, credit card, or other forms of payment.
Table and dining area maintenance: Prepare and clean tables, set up linens and silverware, and ensure the dining area is tidy and well-maintained. Carry dirty plates and glasses to the kitchen.
Communication: Keep customers informed about specials and check on them during their meal. Resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Health and safety: Follow all relevant health department regulations, including sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
