Job Description

a. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues reported by end-users via help desk ticketing systems, remote assistance, or in-person support.
b. Install, configure, update, and patch operating systems, software applications, server hardware, and workstations.
c. Set up new employee accounts, manage role-based access permissions, handle password resets, and offboard departing personnel securely.
d. Execute routine data backups, test restoration procedures, and maintain protocols to safeguard against data loss or system failures.
e. Implement cybersecurity measures—such as antivirus updates, firewall configurations, and vulnerability assessments—and enforce company IT policies.
f. Maintain comprehensive documentation of hardware inventory, software licenses, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
g. Paid on a weekly basis
