Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• Experience in legal management, administrative, HR, or employee relations functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DMW regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
