This job description positions the intern as a Documentation and QA Support resource whose primary objective is to assist Ops Manager's time by ensuring every meeting, platform issue, and testing activity is fully documented and ready for escalation to the Development Team.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related course.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
4. Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance.
5. Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Experience using screen recording and screenshot tools is an advantage.
8. Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
