Job Description

• Provides technical support to users with regards to all system/software and hardware problem.
• Provides daily system back-up; serves as knowledge base and help desk operator
• Monitors and maintain computer systems and networks
• Responds to breakdowns, investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware
• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Sets up user accounts
• Manages network, hardware and software maintenance in coordination with IT Department
