Job Description

1. Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers and customers to drive applications that are encoded, approved, and booked.
2. Provide excellent service by adhering to Sumisho's Loan Application Guidelines and addressing issues promptly.
3. Follow dealer-partner house rules (shop hours, safety, cleanliness, etc.) and achieve 100% target efficiency in applications, approvals, and bookings.
4. Customer Application Processing
5. Schedule motorcycle releases according to compliance with credit requirements and ensure documents are submitted within set timelines.
6. Assist dealers in executing marketing activities, ensuring plans are made a month in advance.
7. Diligently handle sales and administrative tasks, including monitoring collections and submitting loan documents.
8. Ensure proper handling of post-dated checks (PDC) in accordance with company policy.
9. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Officer or Field Office Head as needed.
