Job Description

Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.

Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.

Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.

Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.

Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.

Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate head.



QUALIFICATIONS:

At least a Vocational Course Graduate, having NC-II in RAC/DomRAC Servicing.

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.

Able to work in confined spaces.

Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.

Can start ASAP. Our Head Office is located at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
