Job Description

-Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance of Equipment (pumps, valves, strainers, restroom)
-Conduct electric and water reading.
-Keep work area and machine rooms clean and dry all the time.
-Repainting and repair of old and dilapidated walls / doors / ceiling / tiles
-Monitoring of all equipment through BMS Computer
-Serve as back-up skeletal force in case of calamities/emergencies
-Participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT) in case of emergencies
