Creating job descriptions and requirements and determining future hiring requirements.
Working together to create a uniform set of requirements with department managers.
Attracting qualified applicants via social media, online job boards, databases, etc. .
Interviewing candidates and selecting the best candidates for available openings.
Evaluating candidates experience, education, and abilities to determine which ones best fit available vacancies.
Filling out new employment paperwork.
Highlighting the company's standing and appeal as a desirable place to work.
Providing team managers with recruitment report.

Qualifications:

Open for Male and Female
A bachelor's degree in human resources or any related business course.
At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Willing to assign in Makati City.
Willing to do field recruitment activities.
Have own motorcycle.
