QUALIFICATIONS:


*At least high school graduate/short vocational
*At least one year experience of kitchen production with meat preparation and cutting experience.
*Knowledgeable of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
*Strong communication, task management and customer service skills.
*Can lift heavy items.
*Can work in cold environments.
