Qualifications and Skills;

Must be Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Marketing or related field .
Internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
Proficient in using CANVA or similar tools for simple design and content creation
Good in basic computer applications like word, excel, powepoint
Conversant and confident in both verbal and written communication

Description:

Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Create job postings and recruitment materials aligned with SHG's brand tone
Support onboarding activities and documentation
