Job Description

Job Function:

-Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery on retail stores, head office and commissary.
-Assist Eng’g Admin, Eng’g Supervisor, Eng’g Manager and third party contractors, technicians in cleaning, testing, repair of utility systems.
-Conducts repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing on retail stores, head office and commissary.
-Repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
-Perform maintenance of electrical equipment.
-Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
-Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
-Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
-Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
-Other task related to repair and installation
