This position involves a combination of cleaning duties and general maintenance tasks to support the overall functionality of the office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas.

Ensure all common areas are kept tidy and organized by regularly removing trash and recyclables.

Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, offices, and other assigned areas within the facility.

Sanitation Responsibilities:

Implement sanitation protocols to minimize germs and bacteria spread by regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

Monitor supplies of cleaning products and equipment; report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

Maintenance Tasks:

Conduct minor repairs such as fixing broken locks or replacing light bulbs.

Inspect building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) for functionality; report any issues to the facilities manager.
