Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and contribute to improving company operations and workplace culture.
• Attend monthly store training sessions and effectively cascade learnings to the wider training team.
• Prepare training materials for sessions held both within and outside Metro Manila.
• Conduct regular training sessions for store crew members to meet and maintain company training standards.
• Monitor and manage the training calendar to ensure timely execution of scheduled programs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify employee skills gaps and training requirements.
• Develop and deliver tailored in-house training programs to address identified skill deficits.
• Coordinate external training programs when internal solutions are insufficient or unavailable.

Requirements:
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• The candidate should have prior experience as a training officer in the food and beverage industry, preferably at JFC.
