Job Description
- Addresses member inquiries through various digital and social media channels.- Can perform duties effectively with minimal HMO experience.
- Handles outpatient approval requests from excess call center volume.
- Prepares and issues Letters of Authorization (LOA) in line with company policies and procedures.
- Manages and resolves member concerns to avoid escalation into complaints.
- Liaises with affiliated providers regarding LOA issuance and ailment matters.
- Carries out additional duties as directed by department or division heads.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 years Bachelor's Degree preferably Medical Allied Courses
- Preferably with Customer Experience G9; with or without experience in HMO industry
- Knowledgeable in Medical Terminologies
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
