• Procedural reporting of all projects and developments for both key targeted and commercial accounts plan. Prepared and reviewed monthly, quarterly, annual sales report.
• Prepared, reviewed and monitored annual budget to develop sales strategies and business plans for key targeted accounts. Assisted and participated in technical training for actual project implementation during site installation, testing and commissioning.
• Reporting directly to Managing Director and Vice President on a one-on-one basis quarterly and annually discussing marketing and action plans.
• Projects annual sales quota based on the current sales output together with presentation of surveyed industrial projects coming online with potential to buy within the year.
• Created tender specifications in the field of contracts documentations, planning and co ordinations for bidding.
• Interacted with foreign principals, consultants, contractors, and management of projects.
