Job Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with Lipa (LGU) and TESDA to streamline recruitment processes and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Utilize our platform to efficiently collate and analyze interview results.

2. PESO Operations Optimization:
- Analyze current PESO operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of PESO programs.

3. Strategic Partnerships:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at TESDA and PESO.
- Actively seek feedback to refine our recruitment and partnership strategies.
- Identify potential partnerships with universities in LIPA to conduct market research and explore collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
