Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Assisting in furnishing the units for Airbnb
Upload the listings and edit info in Airbnb for booking
Manage incoming inquiries during office hours(9-6) and out of office hours. (6pm-10pm, not standing by, but need to reply)
Record the income and submit to finance,
