Job Description
3. As HRD Recruitment Staff, the following are your duties and responsibilities:1. Supports HRD HEAD in all reports needed relatively duties and function in HRD.
2. Recruit for vacant accounts - Prioritize Recruitment and ensure that all vacancy will be serve in a timely manner.
3. Attend end to end process of employment to deployment of applicants - Perform Initial Interview, On boarding, Monitoring, and up to the processing of those for exit employee.
4. Facilitate administering applicant’s qualifying examinations
5. Checking and filtering passers of the exam to endorse to the next step.
6. Make initial interview and assessment of the applicants.
7. Make proper endorsement of applicants per different approach to different client’s requirements and process.
8. Participate and learn all the requirements per areas for accreditation to PESO JOB FAIRS.
9. Attend field for Job fairs and other similar platforms for gathering of manpower.
10. Organized, maintained, and keep safe 201 files for New and Current Employees
11. Ensures that no employee will be left out in the record and make a weekly report of reported new and severed staff.
12. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.,) and take minutes
13. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
14. Responsible in monitoring for hold and release payroll. Perform Initial Interview, On boarding, Monitoring, and up to the processing of those for exit employee.
15. ATM enrollment, Issuance and Distribution of New Hires and loss ATM
16. Responsible in monitoring the workers deduction every cut off.
17. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
18. Assist in training and development – ORIENTATION OF EMPLOYEES.
19. Maintains the record and reporting of Manpower Movement in weekly basis.
20. Preparing annual list, encoding and updating changes of Employees and dependents details for HMO
21. Preparing application forms and other pertinent forms for applicants and ensure to not run out of stocks.
22. Monitors all the manpower endorsements and trainings.
23. Ensures to monitor the timeline of each trainings on timely manner and across all areas.
24. Process the orientation and briefing of new hires regarding to mandatory numbers, deduction dates / cut off periods, ATM registration-enrollment, Company Policies and the rest that are specified in the Orientation.
25. Ensures that no employee will be left out in the record and make a weekly report of reported new and severed staff.
26. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.,) and take minutes
27. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
28. Responsible in monitoring for hold and release payroll.
29. Distributing soft and hard copies of Employees HMO ID numbers/physical cards.
30. Ensures professional etiquette in responding to Client or any superiours concerns, queries and request by all means of communication via phone, email, or personal communication.
31. Assist the HRD Head in keeping the company policies strictly implemented and recorded all the memorandums released.
32. Ensures that all labor cases, memos, NTE and all other important documents are being reminded and followed up from the HR Head to not missed all important events.
33. Ensures that quarterly, ee records on the MASTERLIST are being updated to ensure that when any incident/accident happens all records are updated in the list.
