July 8, 2023 – In partnership with JCI Perlas Pasay’s OPPAngarap 2023, Blueshirt Solutions Inc. was recently invited to discuss the topic of Personality Development and its relevance to a small group of adolescent beneficiaries of Pangarap Foundation, Inc. located in Pasay City.
Pangarap Foundation, Inc. is a registered, licensed, and accredited local foundation that focuses on providing street children, out-of-school youths, along with their families and communities, holistic and nurturing interventions so that they can develop positive self-concept and self-confidence in the future.
That said, our Personality Development discussion was grounded in our belief, as a company, that emphasizing the importance of consistency and heart will help motivate the adolescent beneficiaries of Pangarap Foundation, Inc. towards thriving in their own selected industries.
“Libreng mangarap, kailangan lang pagsikapan,” says Vince Ducut, Director of Operations of Blueshirt Solutions Inc.
“Kailangan lang [din] talagang samahan ng consistency”, adds Cathlyn Formanes, one of the Recruitment Marketing Specialist II in Blueshirt Solutions Inc,.
The importance of consistency was highlighted by Vince Ducut, as he reminisced about perhaps one of the most pivotal instances in his early job search attempt as a working student. Having faced several what-would-normally-be setbacks, he talked about how his consistency and heart to put himself out there was able to obtain him the opportunity to work with a company that granted him growth within his selected industry for a whopping decade and a half.
“Alam niyo, kahit ako mismo natatawa minsan kapag naiisip ko yung mga pinagdaanan ko pero looking back at it now, naiisip ko nalang, buti nalang I pushed through – buti nalang nagpursigi ako.”
Transcending the themes of consistency and heart to put oneself out there, by the end of our Personality Development discussion with them, there was the quintessential factor of hope.
